As the school year ends, we wanted to share our experience after our 1st year at Challenger. Before finding this school, we tried 3 other schools/daycares (including Bright Horizon), and this has been by far the most positive experience. Our son started in August 2025 at 2 years and 10 months old. He is energetic and easily distracted, but Ms. Shivani and Ms. Sonali have consistently met him where he is. We recently learned they even provided extra review sessions before and after class, which speaks volumes about their dedication. With their guidance, he has grown from a chaotic toddler into a child who confidently follows directions, reads simple sentences, and does even basic math. His emotional maturity has also improved incredibly. The structure and routine he learned at school have made a noticeable difference at home as well. Despite the school’s reputation for rigorous academics, our son genuinely loves going to school every day and has never seemed stressed. Instead, the program has built his confidence and independence while fostering a positive attitude toward learning. What stands out most is how well the teachers know each child. They take time to understand every student’s personality, strengths, and areas needing extra support. Their care, patience, and attention have made a lasting impact on our family and are unlike anything we experienced elsewhere. A sincere thank you to Ms. Shivani, Ms. Sonali. We feel incredibly lucky that you were William’s 1st teachers. Ms Jackie, Ms. Anna, Ms. Tina, and the entire office team for your care, communication, and support. Finally, a special shout-out to the staff and parents who handle morning drop-off with the efficiency of an F1 pit crew—it truly helps us working parents so much to gain those extra few minutes. We are very happy with this school and truly appreciate all the teachers' hard work and care. A special thank you to Ms. Prerana and Ms. Preeti for doing such a wonderful job teaching my child. They are patient, caring, and supportive teachers who helped my child learn and grow a lot. Not only did my child improve academically, but he also learned how to be disciplined, respectful, and responsible. The teachers created a positive and encouraging environment where he felt happy and confident every day. My child had a great time at school and always enjoyed going to class. We are grateful for the love, guidance, and dedication from the teachers and staff. Thank you for making such a positive impact on my child's learning journey.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Miss Preeti and Miss Prerana as our child's preschool teachers. They are both patient, caring, and truly passionate about working with children. From day one, they created a warm and welcoming environment that helped our child feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. We've seen so much growth -- not just academically, but also socially and emotionally. Miss Preeti and Miss Prerana always communicate thoughtfully with parents and clearly put so much effort into every activity and lesson. It's obvious how much they genuinely care about each child. We cannot say enough good things about Miss Preeti and Miss Prerana in the D5 Pre-K class at Challenger School Berryessa! From day one, they have created an environment where our daughter genuinely thrives. Every single morning, she is incredibly happy and eager to head to school. What we love most is her enthusiasm when she gets home; she is always bursting with excitement to show us the academic work she completed and tell us all about what she learned. The academic strides she has made this year are remarkable, and it's entirely due to the perfect blend of structure and encouragement these teachers provide. We are so grateful for their dedication!

Our experience with Challenger's Pre-K program has been amazing. In just one short year, our daughter has grown academically, built strong friendships, and blossomed into a confident young learner. Challenger has a reputation for a fast-paced curriculum, but our daughter has thrived on the challenge. This is largely thanks to the nurturing, structured environment created by Ms. Preeti and Ms. Prerana. They teach the children great habits, instill a sense of care for one another, and ensure everyone feels safe. It's clear they truly care about all of the kids. As parents, we love how patient and warm the teachers are. They regularly keep open communication during pick-up, making it easy to understand exactly how our child is progressing. On top of the academics, we have really enjoyed watching the kids sing and perform in the winter and spring showcases. It's been great seeing all of their confidence grow throughout the year. Challenger might not be for everyone, but it has been the perfect fit for our family so far. We highly recommend their pre-k program to any parent seeking the ideal balance of high academic standards and nurturing environment.
